Purchasing one of our immersive classrooms is a big commitment. This makes it absolutely vital that all of our teachers can use the features and benefits of this amazing space. To help make sure that this happens all the hardware within our immersive classrooms are high quality products with proven reliability and a 5 year warranty.

We do understand that there will be times when you need our help and support and on these occasions there are several ways you can get in touch.

Telephone Support
Between 08.30 – 17.00 Monday – Friday
Our friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff are able to diagnose and solve most connectivity issues with one simple phone call.

Remote Support
Using remote PC login, we are able to access our clients’ PCs to quickly diagnose and solve problems as they occur. This means that support can be provided in an extremely timely and efficient manner.

Guaranteed On-site Engineer Response within 36 hours
For problems that cannot be resolved via the telephone or our remote support service, On-site Engineer support is guaranteed within 36 hours.

Loan Replacement
Should our engineer be unable to resolve your fault during a site visit, then the appropriate replacement equipment will be delivered to site and fitted, whilst your faulty equipment is at the repair centre.
